We are currently working with the City of Chicago and Mercy Housing as part of the "Neighborhood Stabilization Program" to acquire and rehab vacant homes in blighted neighborhoods that are deeply affected by foreclosure and returning them to the use they were intended:  as high-quality homes that are affordable, attractive and energy efficient.
